All our products are equipped with the latest, energy-efficient LEDs. With our free-standing office luminaires, we make an additional contribution with the patented EDR function. In contrast to other automatic lighting control systems, our free-standing office luminaires can regulate the indirect light component separately. This makes the luminaires even more efficient in partial load operation without any loss of illuminance. In this way, we make a direct contribution to reducing energy consumption in Switzerland for our customers.
All our lighting tools are developed for a long service life, from the electronics to the choice of materials and their processing. As standard, our products come with a 5-year guarantee and a 10-year spare parts guarantee. We only use recyclable materials for our product packaging. Large orders are handled with special collective packaging to reduce material consumption.
Our production department in Aarau AG is powered by 100% natural electricity via the solar panels directly on the company building. All our business premises are equipped with automatic lighting controls for energy-efficient lighting.
We practise respectful and considerate behaviour across all hierarchical levels - regardless of age, origin, religion or gender. In addition to fair remuneration at all levels, we promote work-life balance by means of digital time recording and personal, favourable exchanges. Our above-average social benefits also promote employee satisfaction.
We endeavour to use the shortest possible supply chains wherever possible. This is why at least 80% of our supply chain is made up of local and European suppliers. Transport is organised as efficiently as possible through intelligent planning. Where appropriate, we use circular packaging to minimise material consumption.
With our modern ERP, we carry out all administrative work digitally and paperless. In production, digital documents are provided via tablet for training and documentation.
All our product brochures are printed on FSC-certified paper and offset by financing ClimatePartner-certified climate projects.
