The Hebrew first name means “my light” and perfectly describes the versatility of the innovative LED recessed luminaire with darklight technology, which can be customised with a viewlight, decorative ring or protective glass to suit your personal interior design. As a surface-mounted luminaire, LIOR adds timeless accents to your rooms. Two colour temperatures as standard, five beam angles as well as the downlight wallwasher version and three different control options allow you to create your own individual lighting solution.

Variety of selectable lighting effects

Experience a variety of fascinating lighting effects with LIOR. Thanks to the high-quality PMMA lens with prismatic structure embossing, the light from the LEDs is directed precisely onto the desired surfaces in the room. This enables you to achieve precise and impressive lighting that makes your rooms shine.

Lots of light – and glare-free

The innovative Darklight technology ensures that disturbing light is prevented and your rooms are illuminated absolutely glare-free. Because it is the effect of the light that is decisive, not its source. Enjoy a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere without compromising on the quality of light. With LIOR, you experience the perfect symbiosis of style, efficiency and lighting quality. The room is brightly lit but it is not obvious where the light is coming from.

Tunable white – natural light similar to the sun

With tunable white, the colour temperature can be adjusted smoothly from warm light at 2700 Kelvin to midday light at 6500 Kelvin. This means that the lighting mood can be varied from stimulating to cosy, regardless of the dimming level. High colour rendering is maintained over the entire colour temperature range.

Application-appropriate colour rendering 

All LIOR versions have a good colour rendering index CRI≥90 as standard. For applications with higher requirements, we are also happy to offer LIOR in the colour temperatures 3000 and 4000 Kelvin with CRI≥95 on request. A special version with the same colour rendering is also available with 2700 Kelvin. 

Unexpected customization options

The comprehensive range of options allows LIOR to integrate into the ceiling in either a flamboyant manner or in as unobtrusive a manner as possible while still creating atmosphere. Choose from a variety of sleek recessed rings or premium decorative rings in various colours to add your own personal touch. A spray-proof recessed ring with protective glass enables installation in wet rooms while the innovative Viewlight appearance provides a special lighting accent. The anti-dazzle cone in various colour options allows you to create your own individual atmosphere for the space. You even have the option to use colourways which aren’t part of the standard colour palette.

LIOR Anbauleuchte

As a surface-mounted luminaire, LIOR adds timeless accents to your rooms. The simple housing is available as standard in the colours traffic white and jet black. The impressive size of the housing allows direct integration of the converter, giving you flexibility in deep ceiling cavities. The downlight wallwasher version is also available as a surface-mounted luminaire.
